Marion Sandilands and Logan Stack appear before Supreme Court of Canada in Bill 21 appeal

On March 23–26, 2026, the Supreme Court of Canada held hearings in English Montreal School Board, et al. v. Attorney General of Quebec. This high-profile case concerns the constitutionality of Quebec’s Bill 21, alongside an array of issues such as the use of the notwithstanding clause.
