Bio
Blending compassion with sharp legal insight, Henna approaches each file with creativity and precision to deliver solutions aligned with her clients’ best interests.
Henna maintains a broad litigation and advisory practice with a keen interest in administrative, constitutional and Indigenous legal issues. In all areas, her collaborative style and solution-oriented approach make her a reliable guide when navigating complex problems.
Prior to her return to the firm as an associate, Henna served as a judicial law clerk for the Honourable Justice Cecily Y. Strickland at the Federal Court. She also completed both summer and articling terms at Conway, gaining meaningful experience in public, regulatory and private law matters.
Henna graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received course prizes for her academic performance. During her studies, she spent a semester specializing in anti-discrimination law, tutored high school students in legal fundamentals, and acted as Managing Editor for an award-winning law blog that discussed Supreme Court jurisprudence. Before Osgoode, Henna obtained both a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at Queen’s University, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Relations at Seneca College.
When she’s not at her desk, Henna is likely attempting a new recipe, at a hot yoga class, or scouring Ottawa’s restaurant scene for her next best bite.
