Judicial Review: Counsel for Transportation Safety Board of Canada defending a judicial review application

Successfully acted for the TSB in resisting an application for judicial review in the Federal Court seeking to quash a summons for documents issued as part of an investigation of a marine occurrence and resisted the subsequent appeal to the Federal Court of Appeal.
