Conway Observes National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

Conway's offices are closed today to mark Orange Shirt Day and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. This is a day to honour the lost children and Survivors of Indian Residential Schools, their families and communities, and a day for action regarding the continued barriers and injustices facing First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples in Canada.
Establishing this national day of commemoration was Call to Action #80 of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's calls to action, issued in 2015.
