Talitha Borges



Tali Borges is completing the Global Professional Master of Laws (GPLLM) at the University of Toronto and getting accredited to obtain her qualification to practice in Ontario. She has returned to Conway after completing her second-year summer with the firm.

Prior to that, she was a lifetime appointed Government Attorney in Brazil. While in this capacity she appeared in Court daily and represented a variety of matters. She previously clerked at the State Legislature of Sao Paulo (Brazil). Before that, Tali worked as a legal advisor at the Ministry of Tourism of East Timor. She also co-taught Constitutional Law and Legislative Process at the National University of East Timor, as well as Civil Law in the Legal Training Center of East Timor.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Masters Degree in International Law from the University of Sao Paulo. Tali also attended the University of Oxford International Human Rights Summer Course on the subject of advanced advocacy, and human rights in the marketplace.

In her free time, she enjoys swimming and going for walks with her 9-month-old daughter Ceci.
