Jessica Dupuis

Bio
Jessica returned to Conway as an articling student after graduating cum laude from the University of Ottawa with a Juris Doctor. She is passionate about constitutional, administrative, and Indigenous law, with a strong background in advocacy and community engagement.
During law school, Jessica gained practical litigation and client service experience through a community legal clinic internship and part-time work at a firm focused on criminal and family law. She also served as a Legal Writing Coach and Assistant Editor of the Ottawa Law Review.
An avid mooter, Jessica has won several awards for legal writing and oral advocacy. Most notably, her team earned an unprecedented double victory—first place in both oral and written advocacy—at the national Copyright Policy Moot. She later captained the University of Ottawa’s Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property moot team.
Before studying law, Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Human Sciences from Concordia University in Montreal. She worked in marketing and communications for a national charity and served on the Board of Directors of CARE Jeunesse, a Quebec non-profit supporting youth aging out of the child protection system.
Outside the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two children, cooking, and attempting Pinterest-worthy crafts—with varying degrees of success.
